All items must be returned according to the instructions below within 30 days.
Purchases that are returned according to this policy will receive a partial refund.
Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of the date we receive your returned item.
You can send your purchase back to us, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return according to our policy.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Include your proof of purchase or order number, as well as the reason for your return request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
All refunds will be for the purchase price only, shipping charges are non-refundable and all return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Some items may be subject to a small restocking fee.
In the unfortunate event the item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt to initiate an insurance claim. All refund or insurance requests for damaged items must be accompanied by photographs. Buyers must keep all packaging material until refund is processed in case the shipping carrier needs to inspect the item prior to issuing a refund.
