Purchases that are returned according to this policy will receive a partial refund.
Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of the date we receive your returned item.
You can send your purchase back to us, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return according to our policy.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Include your proof of purchase or order number, as well as the reason for your return request.
General returns: Items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is returned to us in the same condition in which we sent it. Returns are subject to restocking fees of 15% of the purchase price. This fee will be deducted from the final refund amount. Items sent back not in original condition, damaged, missing accessories, retail box, UPC code or showing obvious misuse are subject to deductions up to 50% of the item’s purchase price. All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
Damaged, defective or incorrect item returns: Buyer must contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please provide pictures showing the issue you are experiencing with your order, pictures help us determine the quickest and best resolution for any issue with your order. There is no restocking fee for valid requests due to damaged, defective or incorrect items and a pre-paid return shipping label will be provided if the item must be returned to us.
In the event of an incorrect item, a pre-paid return shipping label will be provided and the buyer may choose between a refund once the item has been returned or reshipment of the correct product if still available.
